Yoshikazu Tanaka loses $702 Million USD By Daily Limit Dipped in Tokyo

Yoshikazu Tanaka, youngest billionaire from Japan and founder of Gree International Inc, lost $702 million USD as his social gaming company dipped by daily limit in Tokyo.

Decline was on concerns that companies sales methods might be illegal. It is believed to be the biggest drop since its December 2008, where company fell 500 Yen to 1,651 Yen.

This big loss costs 56.1 Billion Yen to this young billionaire.

In March, Tanaka was reported to be the youngest billionaire in Japan with the worth of $3.5 billion. After todays drop 48.18 percent stakes in Gree International Inc, worth $2.32 billion.

BlackBerry has revealed out its new Curve 9220 handset which is priced for Rs 10,999 having introductory offer worth Rs.2,500 (download free apps), which is a bit higher than Blackberry Curve 8520, which is RIM`s best selling phone in India.

This new gadget comes up with lots of enhanced features that includes a dedicated BB messenger key, and is having companies latest Operating System (OS) 7.1 OS. A built-in FM radio is also there.

Other applications in the camera includes pencil camera, photo studio pro and horoscope oracle worth Rs. 2,500 for free till June 30, 2012.

Facebook IPO Likely To Come on May 17, 2012

Facebook is likely to release IPO on May 17, 2012. Everything depends on the whether the SEC agrees that all reams of paperwork are in proper order (it includes Facebook recent acquisition of Instagram).

This is big news which is in line that company is going to hit NASDAQ in coming month of May. Date is not finalized, it may be either 17th or 24th when to go public.

As per our sources, Facebook worth is around $100 billion, that reflects current levels of trading for secondary markets. Other reports that are coming says that company wants to raise $10 billion at $100 billion valuation.

BSNL in race with Aakash unveils three Tablets

BSNL unveils three tablets. Two of them are of 7 inch resistive screen based tablets with Android 2.3 OS, the third one comes with a capacitive screen in 8 inch screen.

Pantel, Nokia based company is the maker. These tablets will be available with discounted data plans from BSNL. Prices of these three tablets are Rs 3,250, Rs 10,999 and Rs 13,500.

Cheapest model is Panta Tpad IS 701r which is priced at Rs 3,250. Well Aakash is priced at just Rs 2500. Though, Tpad has better specification than the Datawind’s low cost tablet.
Panta Tpad is a WiFi only tablet with Android 2.3 operating system, having 1 GHz processor (ARM11 IMAP210) clubbed with 256 MB RAM.

Tablet also offers HDMI port through which it can be connected to a TV. Its 7 inch resistive touch screen comes with 800×600 resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio. Table comens with 3000 mAh battery and having 2 GB internal memory which can further be expanded through micro SD card. It is also having a VGA front facing camera for video calling. While Panta Tpad IS 701r has the BSNL branding, the other two tablets images do not have it.

The second tablet is named ‘Panta Tpad ws704c’. It has the same specification as its cheapest cousin (701r) but offers added 3G connectivity which supports both CDMA/EVDO and GSM, inbuilt A-GPS, Accelerometer and Bluetooth. It also comes with a 2 megapixel rear camera and also has bigger 512 MB RAM for faster performance.

Costliest among the three is the Tpad WS802C which has an 8 inch capacitive screen. It comes with a faster 1.2 GHz processor and 512 MB RAM. The internal memory is also bigger at 4 GB. Other features like GPS, camera and Bluetooth are same as the 704C.
